  • Release built-up tension, stress, and emotional residue from the past year
  • Connect with a vision of how you want to feel in this next chapter
  • Leave with one small, doable intention you can carry into the days ahead

No experience is needed, just a quiet space, a comfortable place to sit or lie down, and an open mind. This session is beginner-friendly and trauma-informed, and you’re welcome exactly as you are.
